Welcome. Seeking support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. My professional experience has included child welfare, crisis intervention, and community mental health, and now focuses on providing psychotherapy for adults.
I hold a Master of Social Work from King's University College in London, Ontario, and am a Registered Social Worker in good standing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to move toward healing and lasting change.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, and in a small community like Wingham, it's natural to wonder about privacy. Many people worry about running into their therapist or having others know they're seeking support.
My role is to ensure that you have a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can focus on what matters most—your well-being. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, I understand the importance of creating an environment built on trust, respect, and professionalism. Should we see each other in the community, your privacy will always be protected, and I will never acknowledge our therapeutic relationship unless you choose to do so.
When I'm not working, I'm enjoying life with my husband and our two almost-grown children. I value the sense of community that comes with living in Wingham and feel privileged to support individuals and families here with the care and confidentiality they deserve.
